If you need to contact the owner or report illegal/non‑consensual content or rights infringements, use the channels below. If you are inside a room, you can also use the built‑in report feature (e.g., from the image viewer).

Language: this translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

If there is immediate risk to someone’s safety, contact emergency services in parallel.

1. Notice‑and‑action (illegal content reporting)

To process a report quickly, please include at least:

Exact location: full room URL and, if possible, the room/post ID.
Reason: why the content is illegal or violates the Terms.
Your contact: name (or entity) and a reply email (a real name is not required if not applicable).
Good faith: confirm you believe in good faith the information is illegal/unauthorized.
Accuracy: confirm the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Context/evidence: especially for non‑consent, impersonation or copyright.

We prioritize reports related to CSAM and non‑consensual intimate content. In severe cases, content may be placed in quarantine (hidden) while we review.

2. Non‑consensual intimate content

If you are the affected person (or an authorized representative), please include:

Exact URL and identifiers (room/post).
Why there is no consent (and, if applicable, how the content was obtained unlawfully).
A contact method for follow‑up.

3. Copyright / IP

If you are the rights holder (or authorized agent), include: (a) the work concerned, (b) proof of ownership/authority, (c) exact URL, (d) a good‑faith statement and (e) an accuracy statement.

Counter‑notice

If you believe a removal was mistaken, you may request a review by explaining your grounds and providing supporting documentation.

4. Security vulnerabilities

If you find a security issue, please report it with as much detail as possible (steps to reproduce, impact). Do not exploit the issue or access third‑party data.

5. About our response to reports

We review reports as soon as possible depending on severity and volume. Where applicable, we may:

remove the content or close the room,
place the content in quarantine during review,
request additional information to verify the claim,
notify competent authorities where appropriate.

If you are the uploader and believe a removal was a mistake, you can request a review at legal@makiporn.com including the URL/ID and your explanation.
