Terms of use

Makiporn lets you create and access ephemeral rooms where images can be uploaded and comments can be posted. The service is designed to work without mandatory registration and to automatically delete rooms and content when they expire.

• Content may become unavailable without notice due to expiry, removal for breach, or technical incidents.
• We do not guarantee retention, history, or user-accessible backups.

The service is not intended for minors. Access and use by persons under 18 is prohibited. We may require an age check (minimal or stronger) and, if required by law or to prevent minors’ access, implement additional mechanisms. If you cannot or do not want to complete the applicable age control, you must not use the service.

You agree to use the service in a lawful, responsible and respectful manner. Actions that compromise security, availability, or other users’ experience are prohibited.

• Do not attempt to access rooms, images or resources without authorization (e.g. direct access to /uploads, hotlinking, scraping, brute force).
• Do not use bots or automation that degrade the service.
• Do not publish third‑party personal data or content that identifies someone without permission.

It is forbidden to publish, request, facilitate, or link to content that is illegal, infringes rights, or violates these rules. The following examples are non‑exhaustive:

• CSAM / minors: any child sexual abuse material, content featuring minors or that appears to feature minors, or sexualization of minors. Zero tolerance.
• Non‑consensual intimate content: revenge porn, hidden recordings/cameras, non‑consensual sexual deepfakes, coercion or impersonation.
• Personal data / doxxing: addresses, phone numbers, documents, social accounts, or information that enables harassment/identification.
• Extreme violence, hate/incitement, threats, glorification of crime, or instructions to commit crimes.
• Extortion and coercion: blackmail, sextortion, or pressure to obtain money/benefits.
• Exploitation and trafficking or any form of abuse.
• Animal abuse: bestiality or animal cruelty.
• Intellectual property: copyright, trademark or image‑rights infringement.
• Security: malware, phishing, malicious links, social engineering or vulnerability exploitation.

These rules apply to images, comments, chats (including private messages), aliases, room names and any other published data.

You are responsible for what you publish. You warrant that:

• You have the necessary rights and permissions (including image rights and consent).
• You do not infringe third‑party rights or share personal data without authorization.
• Your content complies with these rules and applicable law.

Makiporn includes room chat, comments and private messages (DM) without accounts. These systems facilitate communication, but they are not a “secure channel” for sensitive information.

• Do not share personal data, passwords or banking information.
• Invitation tokens/links to private rooms grant access to whoever has them. If you share a link, you accept the risk. The owner is not responsible for access resulting from voluntarily sharing a token/link.
• We may apply anti‑abuse measures (rate limits, temporary blocks) to protect users and the service.

We may remove content, close rooms, limit features or block access when there are reasonable indications of illegality, lack of consent, abuse, or breach of these terms. Measures can be automatic (e.g., anti‑abuse limits) or manual after review.

How to report: use the report button inside the site or email abuse@makiporn.com (see Contact). To help us process it quickly, provide the exact URL (and if possible the room/post ID), the reason and a good‑faith explanation.

Quarantine: for severe reports (e.g., CSAM/minors) content may be automatically placed in quarantine (hidden from users) while we review.

Statement of reasons & review: when possible, we provide a basic explanation of the measure and a review channel (e.g., email). We may keep technical/moderation records (pseudonymized) to document actions, prevent recurrence or handle complaints.

Report abuse: false or malicious reports may lead to technical limitations.

In the event of suspected crime or a valid legal request, we may cooperate with competent authorities. For serious incidents (especially CSAM) we may preserve minimal technical evidence for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.

To provide the service, you grant the owner a limited, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to host, reproduce, and display the content within the website during the life of the room or until removal. This license ends when the content is deleted, without prejudice to temporary technical copies or legal retention obligations.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy and the use of technical cookies in the Cookie policy.

The service is provided “as is”. We apply reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee continuous availability or complete absence of errors, interruptions, or content loss (for example, due to room expiry). The owner shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss arising from the use of the service, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

If your use of the service or your content causes claims, damages, or costs (including reasonable fees), you agree to hold the owner harmless to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

We may update these terms to reflect technical or legal changes. The current version will be published on this page together with its last update date.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law. EU consumers exception: if you act as a consumer and reside in the European Union/EEA, this clause does not affect your mandatory consumer rights or the applicable rules on jurisdiction; in such case, the courts of your domicile may be competent and the law of your habitual residence may apply insofar as it cannot be waived by agreement.

In other cases, any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
